I really hate when my boss didnt accept my resignation from this company. Where is my right as an employee?? Last time they said that its up to us either we want to stay here or not. But why when it is the time i refused to stay here then they keep pushing me to stay? This contract really a burden for me.

Please understand me, boss. I can't stay here any longer. I can't do this job properly and i can't even concentrate here. I am having problem with those non-Malaysian. Its not that i didnt accept them but tell me how can i accept if they treats me like a fool?? Gosh, they really make fun of me!

Being a front desk actually not a fun and enjoyable job. I came here as a therapist but boss did changed my position as a front desk receptionist. At first i admit that i am excited to have this position but just after a month i realize that this job is more risky than therapist. I even done big mistakes this week and everyone blame on me. Gosh, why am i being that careless!

Above all, i really2 cant stay here any longer. I don't wanna be a part in a spa industry. I want to leave this place as soon as possible! God, please help me!
